FAQ

  • We are based in the rural hills of Upper Swainswick, Bath Somerset.

  • Yes! We have full liability insurance.

  • We do accept un-neutered females. However, they are unable to attend during their season. We do accept in-tact males. However, this is judged on an individual basis and will be regularly reviewed based on their behaviour and others towards them.

  • Unfortunately not. We are a Miniature Dachshund exclusive facility for compatibility and safety reasons. Oh, and because of how judgemental Dachshunds can be!

  • You will need to provide their regular breakfast/lunch/dinner meals. But we do have an abundance of delicious organic treats for them to snack on throughout their stay.

  • Not at all, you can provide us with a key which we will keep secure with no reference linking to your address for safety.

  • We do indeed take puppy’s from 4 months and as long as they have had their 2nd vaccinations. We make sure puppy’s are integrated into the daycare the right way and are ready for the environment.

  • Yes. There is a minimum booking of 1 day per week on an ongoing basis. You are able to add extra days or on the odd occasion swap a day. However, this is always subject to availability.

  • Yes. Each dog is always under constant supervision.
